André de Palma

André de Palma is a Full Professor at ENS-Paris-Saclay. He is a member of CREST. He holds a PhD in Physics and one in Economics. He has held faculty positions at Queen’s University, Northwestern University and University of Geneva.

He is a specialist in industrial organization, transportation economics, and decision making under risk and uncertainty. He has published more than 250 articles in international Journals and 7 books. He has also consulted for major financial organizations in the US, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, France and Belgium. He is a scientific advisor of several research institutions.

Emmanuelle Taugourdeau

(PhD, economics, 2000, University of Paris 1) has been a research fellow at the National French Institute for Scientific Research (Centre national de la recherche scientifique; CNRS), since 2003. She joined the CREST (Center for Research in Ecnomics and Statistics) in 2017. Previously, she was head of the Centre d’Economie de la Sorbonne - ENS Cachan and joined the Paris School of Economics in 2012. She has published articles in the area of fiscal federalism, taxation, and social insurance in high-quality academic journals.
